01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the wj777 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at wj777.io.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a registered User on the wj777 Platform.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the wj777 Platform.
• "wj777", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the wj777 operating entity and its authorised representatives.
• "Real-Money Activity" means any betting, wagering, gaming, or financial transaction involving actual BDT funds conducted through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit amount awarded to a User subject to wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, denominated with the ৳ symbol.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before a User may withdraw funds from their Account.
• "Effective Date" means January 1, 2026, being the date from which these Terms and Conditions apply.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the wj777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The wj777 Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Individuals under 21 are prohibited from registering or participating in any Real-Money Activity.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of wj777 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, that restricts your participation in online gambling activities.

By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if it changes. wj777 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility conditions are not, or cease to be, met.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the wj777 Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

03 Account Management

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your wj777 Account. This responsibility includes all bets placed, all transactions made, and all communications sent through your Account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

• You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify wj777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or that your credentials have been compromised.
• wj777 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or authentication code. Any such request from a party claiming to represent wj777 should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• wj777 reserves the right to suspend your Account at any time pending verification, investigation of suspected fraud or abuse, or compliance with a legal obligation — without prior notice where circumstances require it.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting wj777 support. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be resolved, and any pending withdrawals will be processed in the ordinary course.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wj777 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). wj777 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary based on your location and account status.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your wj777 Account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. wj777 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the wj777 finance team and are typically processed within the timeframes described in our FAQ. wj777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds.

• Withdrawals will not be processed where outstanding Bonus Funds wagering requirements have not been satisfied.
• wj777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• In the event of a payment processing error, wj777 will use reasonable endeavours to correct the error and restore the Account to its correct state.
• Funds deposited into your Account must be used for gaming purposes. Using the Platform solely as a payment processing mechanism — depositing and immediately withdrawing without gaming activity — is prohibited.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

wj777 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, maximum bet sizes during bonus play, and game contribution percentages are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until all conditions are met.
• wj777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any wagering already completed at the point of cancellation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• wj777 reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a bonus was claimed in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the specific promotion terms.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the wj777 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. In the event of any conflict between general platform rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game or market.

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selections before confirming any bet.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, wj777 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the User's Account balance.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event at wj777's discretion. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless the underlying event is cancelled or abandoned per the applicable game rules.
• For cricket markets: in the event of match abandonment, the settlement rules of the relevant tournament authority (ICC, BPL, IPL) will apply. Where no authority ruling exists, wj777's trading team will settle markets based on the most available verified information.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per market, and per day. These limits are specified within each game or market and may vary by sport, casino product, and Account tier.
• wj777 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets on any market at any time without providing a reason, including but not limited to cases of suspected advantage play or market abuse.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wj777 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any other identity, real or fictitious.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any verification process.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool designed to manipulate game outcomes, gain unfair advantage, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software. Any such discovery must be reported to wj777 support immediately.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid transaction monitoring thresholds, or using the Platform for any purpose connected to criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation service for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with respect to deposits made to wj777.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the wj777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of wj777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of wj777.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wj777 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

wj777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided thereunder shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wj777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and circumstances beyond wj777's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. wj777 will use reasonable endeavours to restore full service in the shortest possible timeframe.

10 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by wj777 is governed by the wj777 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

wj777 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform's services, comply with legal obligations, or investigate suspected fraud.

11 Termination

wj777 may suspend or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Conduct that wj777 reasonably suspects constitutes fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• Provision of false information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring Account closure.

Upon termination for breach, any Account balance attributable to fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity may be forfeited in full. Balances attributable to legitimate deposits made prior to the breach will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.

12 Amendments

wj777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, wj777 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Users via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.

The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall govern the resolution of that dispute, unless a subsequent version expressly provides otherwise.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may seek independent dispute resolution through appropriate channels.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fair dealing applicable in the context of online gaming services. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
